How can I let others view what my child has eaten?

As a feature of your family subscription, you can invite more people

to view what your child has been eating/drinking with Tiny in the app.

Simply go to your Manage Account tab and select 'People Invited'.

There you will be able to enter the name & e-mail address of as many people

as you would like to send an invitation to view your child’s intake!

Common invites include a parent, family member, feeding therapist or healthcare professional.

I want to start using Tiny Tastes PRO, but should I start using the Tiny Tastes app first?

We encourage families to start using the Tiny Tastes app first to find out how your child enjoys our adorable mealtime friend, Tiny the kangaroo!

When your child starts eating with Tiny in the app, you should go to the Tiny Shop for App Upgrades where you can begin Cloud Sharing. To start using your Cloud features in the app, go to Settings next to Customize User Profiles - you can add as many child profiles there as you would like. Then whenever you are ready to start viewing your child(ren)'s dietary intake history, you can buy the Tiny Tastes PRO web subscription here and your app will start uploading food photos to the website to help you track dietary patterns and intake over time.

Is this a secure site that protects my child’s privacy?

Yes, your child's dietary intake history will be stored on a secured server.

Your family’s privacy is our highest priority, and food intake information will only be shared when you choose to invite someone to view the dietary record; your personal account information always remains private within your own user login/access only.

No third-party ads are present in the app or in Tiny Tastes PRO so we can ensure that no extra personal information is collected aside from our standard product usage data collection which is explained in our privacy policy at www.tinytastesworld.com/privacy

What if I have more than 1 child who wants to use Tiny Tastes?

Your PRO subscription can accommodate multiple children, which you can add into the Settings section of the Tiny Tastes app (within "Customize User Profiles").

They can all eat along with the app by selecting which user you would like to monitor intake for at each meal/snack.

It will be easy to track everyone's unique intake if each child uses the app on a separate device so that each one's intake can be documented separately.

With your Cloud Sharing capability, you can use the Tiny Tastes app on both iOS and Android platforms and across multiple devices (e.g. with both phone and tablets, even at the same time).

Just log in to the app on all devices using the same username/password, and this will sync your account in the Cloud.

The food photos look quite small - can I zoom in?

On the main page the food photos are small so that you can easily get a sense of the entire day's food/beverage intake.

However, when you hover over any photo a pop-up box will appear with an enlarged version of the photo for your convenience.

Also, if you hover over meals/snacks that were "TRIED" the pop-up box includes both Before & After photos of the meal so that you can see exactly how much was eaten.

How long does my child’s diet history information remain online?

All information remains active and available for as long as the subscription is kept current. After ending your Tiny Tastes PRO subscription, the information will be retained online for 3 months afterwards so that you can reactivate the account if you would like to resume its use. There is also an option to save your diet history information onto your computer, which is recommended if you would like to permanently retain all of the intake data.

What if I want to remember or note something about a meal/snack – is there a place I can write a note about it?

Once you register for Tiny Tastes PRO, there is a feature activated within the Tiny Tastes app where you can note the number of bites of food your child eats, or the number of ounces of beverage your child drinks, to whatever level of detail you'd like to record.

There is also a place in the app where you can write a short note to explain any specifics about the context of the meal/snack that impacted your child's intake, such as "very tired tonight" to explain zero intake at dinner.
